Allin, Mike Diana, Full Force Frank, GLOD, Annie Sprinkle, (and others) perform, talk, vomit and eat shit. This collection is bound to offend and shock almost everybody. That's why it's ADULTS ONLY!

Good Picture and Sound from a loong out of print pre-record source, although some of the footage is a little raw due to filming conditions. With menu and chapter stops. Sound/Picture 8/10

Topics covered are basic psychology, the origin of the human race, spiritualism, religious dogma, UFO's, the end of the world, and the history of the group's figurehead, J.R. "Bob" Dobbs. Your kind shall triumph! Good Picture and Sound from a loong out of print pre-record source, although some of the footage is a little raw due to filming conditions. Sound/Picture 8/10

Strange People: Being Different

The true story of a modern-day Elephant Man ... and other human oddities. A tribute to thespirit and humanity of people who are physically different from the average: very tall and very large men and women, a bearded woman and her long-time husband, Siamese twins joined at the midsection, and several little people including actor Billy Barty. We meet some at Gibsonton, Florida, where carnival folk winter. They talk about their lives and accomplishments. The camera also goes on the road to visit a grandfather with a distinctive face, a legless mechanic from Kentucky on a second honeymoon in LA, a marathon runner and motivational speaker who has no feet, a karate student with partial limbs, and an armless, down-to-earth mom in Texas.

(1988) Directed by Chris Blum. If you like Tom Waits you NEED this. It's pretty well a document of Waits' 1987 tour. A true original, nuthin else I gotta say, the man is brilliant. While discussing this concert film a couple of years later in Film Threat magazine, Waits stated: "There's somebody I'd like to work with, David Lynch. I'd like to score a horror movie, "Dracula Girls." Whata guy.

Great print in with menu & chapter stops. Picture/Sound 10/10

A real Johnny Depp rarity. Directed by Depp with Marlon Brando.

An unemployed alcoholic Native American Indian lives on a trailer park with his wife and two children, he's convinced that he has nothing to offer this world, no prospects at all. To give his family a chance to get ahead he agrees to be tortured to death in a snuff film by a gang of rednecks in return for $50,000. Contemplative, moody, and well done. It's another mystery why it's never been released in North America. Letterboxed. Picture/Sound a 9/10.

Burroughs is undoubtedly one of the most important American writers in the 20th century. Less of a regular documentary and more of a document of the man's life, it contains some great readings, interesting archive footage, interviews with companions and fellow writers and his own reflections about his past work and life. A must for Burroughs fans. A very good transfer from a loong out of print pre-recorded vhs copy: sound/picture a solid - 8/10.
